I first came to HealthPro to try acupuncture treatment for very tense back muscles.  After consulting with Dr. Dannug though, We decided to try a serious of chiropractic adjustments instead.
I’m a very active individual and have had tense back muscles as for years and years.  I always just assumed that a bit of tightness and soreness just sort of came with the territory of undertaking strenuous exercise.
Long story short, a few months of treatments have changed my life.  I have better flexibility, I sleep better, my posture has improved, and coming back full circle, I’m now able to exercise more effectively.

The Doctors of HealthPro are first-rate doctors. They’re different from other chiropractors in that put an emphasis on muscle therapy on top of the adjustment. From Graston Technique to Masasge therapy to Acupuncture, they do it all.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Dannug since they opened. He specializes in sports medicine and I was a former college all-american offensive lineman, so I’ve put myself through some vigorous activities that took a toll on my body. Dr. Dannug has helped me tremendously with my headaches and low back pain. As a lineman, I’ve had to battle weight gain over the years and he’s also helped me shed close to 30 pounds through proper diet education and supplementation.  Dr. Dannug taught me about simple carbs, complex carbs, and proteins.  What I liked about him the most was his ability to motivate me to eat right and exercise the right way.  I continue to meet with him once or twice a month to continue my journey towards my wellness goals.

Let me  tell you a little about HealthPro Chiropractic & Acupuncture located at 9720 Cypresswood Drive. I’m for out of state  and when I found out that I would be working on a long term contract in Houston, I decided I needed to find  a Chiropractor in the area. You see, since Chiropractic care over the years has improved my quality of life,  I knew I was not willing go without it while working on a long term contract  in Houston.

I consulted with my chiropractor back home and he suggested I speak with DR’s Daniel  Dannug  & Alayna Pignani of HealthPro Chiropractic & Acupuncture.  Although some might find them quite younger than most Chiropractor’s  they know , let me assure you they are among  the utmost of professionals that I have  ever trusted with my physical wellbeing.

I came to them with two problems, a pinched nerve between the shoulder blades(you know the one that can take your breath away & at times brought tears to my eyes) This kept me from sleeping well for months and caused numbness in my fingers. With Adjustments, Acupuncture,  massage therapy, Acupuncture  , Electrical Muscle Stimulation,  &  Graston Technique  I am now free of that awful pain.

The second problem is my lower back. I also had sciatic pain going down my left leg. Once again with Adjustments, Acupuncture, massage therapy, Acupuncture , Electrical Muscle Stimulation,  &  Graston Technique we are getting this pain also under control. The sciatic is gone but there is still some pain across my lower back. I am confident because of the work of all the awesome people at HealthPro Chiropractic & Acupuncture I will soon have more pain free days they ever before. And that’s a wonderful thing.

Oh one more thing  HealthPro Chiropractic & Acupuncture has been taping my knees with Kinesio Tape. This reduced pain in my knee caps while walking down steep greens & tee boxes on the golf course as well as walking down steps.
